We aim to deliver your orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.
- If purchased online, delivery is available within the United Kingdom only. Please contact us if you wish to discuss shipping outside the UK.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to your address.
- Purchased products, if in UK stock, are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via one of our partner transport companies. Most purchased products will require signature upon delivery.
- Purchased products which are not in our UK stock may take between 30 to 90 days to be delivered. We will always aim to have it in our UK stock as soon as possible and keep you informed regarding estimated delivery date. Please feel free to contact us regarding a more specific date for products which are not in UK stock.
- Large items will be delivered on the pallet. The goods MUST be opened and visually inspected once delivered to your specified address.
- Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight, size of the shipment and delivery address. All our shipment is fully insured while in transit.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow our returns policy:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Techtron UK does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. We recommend to use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. We will not be liable for any loss which may occur during the return process if the goods are not insured.
