The device consists of: drive, control and an uncapping tank with perforated tray inside and stainless steel valve.

This uncapping equipment can be adapted to only one type of frame (the type of frame is specified by customer when ordering)

Working with the device is extremely simple: we place the frame in a specially prepared "frame holder", then press the levers, which lowers the frame between two rollers, which simultaneously uncap on both sides of the frame. The cappings fall into the tank located below. Then release the levers, which cause the frame to "be thrown" back up. The uncapping process of one frame takes between 1 and 5 seconds depending on its size.

This uncapping machine is made entirely of acid-resistant steel
