After collecting and drying the pollen, which usually takes 3-4 days, it is time to purify it. Various small impurities are present in the pollen, and their presence in the final product could reduce its market value. To remove these undesirable particles, a special pollen dryer can be used. Such a device is offered by the Techtron company. It has an adjustable air blowing speed, while the vibrating device allows the pollen to slide smoothly and undisturbed from the hopper. All components of this device are made of stainless steel.
The fans are equipped with brushless, modern motors that are adapted to voltage regulation. The built-in thermal motor protection is implemented through a coil temperature sensor. The very high insulation class of the motor windings (Class F) and the tightness class IP44 guarantee trouble-free operation. Robust, double bearings significantly extend the fan's lifespan.
